CONSULTATIONS

Our Certified Ultimate Stager will provide an in-depth, room by room assessment of the interior and exterior of the property. Upon completion, a 19-page detailed report will be presented and discussed with the homeowner for them to make the overall changes. The easy-to-follow report will include our recommendations and suggestions on items such as furniture placement, necessary repairs, maintenance, cleaning, de-cluttering, painting/touch-ups, all to capitalize on the best return on the property investment.
